1. What are your first memories of your local club?
My Grandad was chairman for eight years when I was younger. He was cutting grass and doing bits around the club. My first memories are spending time down at the club grounds with my Dad and my Grandad, and just playing with the lads that I still play with today.
2. Who were your sporting idols growing up? I'm a big fan of JP Rooney, a fellow club man and also a former Louth star. I always looked up to to him and then I was lucky enough to play with him when I got to senior level.
3. What has been the proudest moment of your playing career so far? My proudest moments have been captaining both my club and county, and winning a first senior championship with the club in 2020 - it was very special!
4. Who is the toughest opponent you have faced? I've faced a lot of tough players in my career but it has to be the players at louth training every week.
5. Who is the best player you have played with? Again, has to be my club mate JP Rooney. I'm also very lucky to be playing alongside some top players with Louth week in week out.
6. What are your hopes and ambitions for this season? I hope to keep progressing with Louth and take more steps forward to improve on what we have done this year. Then with the club, getting back to another senior final and hopefully getting over the line next year.
