Miley Bryant training us when we were under 6s.

LeBron James.
3. What has been the proudest moment of your playing career so far?
Winning the u20 All Ireland with Offaly.

Nigel Dunne.
5. What is your favourite hobby?
Haven't got time for one!
6. You're having a dinner party... Three people you would invite?

7. Worst trainer on any team you've been involved with?

10. Advice for young players playing sport?
Stay off the Beer.

1. What are your first memories of your local club?
For me, it was playing U12 matches down in The Mill Field in Mucklagh. I was a late starter.
2. Who is your favourite sports person?
Lebron James for me, he's one of the greatest athletes of all time. He would've made a fine GAA player too.
3. What has been the proudest moment of your playing career so far?
Winning the 2021 U20 All-Ireland with Offaly. At the start of that season, if we’d said we were going to win an All-Ireland, people would have laughed. Representing my club, Shamrocks and Offaly at the senior level has been a huge honour too.
4. The Best player you've played with or against?
Niall McNamee. I was lucky enough to play alongside him for a year with Offaly and faced him a few times in the Club Championship as well. A nightmare to mark. Pure class!
5. What is your favourite hobby?
Definitely listening to music and podcasts. They’re my go-to for relaxing or passing time. Lately, I’ve been hooked on the Real Dictators podcast on Spotify. It’s fascinating (and scary) hearing the untold stories behind history’s most notorious leaders.
6. You're having a dinner party... Three people you would invite?
Mickey Harte, Lebron James & Warren Buffet.
7. Worst trainer on any team you've been involved with?
Darra Hoctor Daly or Derek Grennan (never shows up in the first place)
9. Funniest teammate you've played with?
Sean O'Toole Shamrocks & Offaly
10. Advice for young players playing sport?
Focus on what you can control, your effort, attitude and commitment. Don’t waste energy comparing yourself to others. And remember, every failure is just a lesson in disguise. The best players aren’t those who never lose; they’re the ones who never quit.
